Ordering instructions:
We can ship your order almost to any country in the world!
All the products you see in mystic webstore are located in our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia (address: Vana-Posti 2).

STEP 1
Go to Mystic SHOP and choose the products you want to buy. To add products to the SHOPPING CART go to the bottom of the page and choose the color and size of the product you need (also change the quantity in the box if needed) and click BUY button. The products will then go to your SHOPPING CART. To choose more products, use the menu bars located on the right side of the page.

STEP 2
If you have selected all the products you want to order then start filling all the blank boxes in you SHOPPING CART. All the boxes what are marked with * must be filled!
In the "Method of payment" pleas mark how would you like to pay for the order.
Orders can be payed by using one of these 3 possibility's:
1) Money transfer (through your bank) - regular money transfer from your bank account to our bank account. (depending on bank, but usually it takes 1-4 days)
2) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard) - credit card payment.
3) From Mystic office in Estonia (Tallinn, Vana-Posti 2) - If you are planning to visit our shop in Estonia the you do not have to make a pre-book order threw our webshop.
And if needed add a text to the comments box.
And now pleas double check that all products, shipping and payment details are accurate.
If everything is correct press the BUY button and your order will be sent.

STEP 3
Your order will arrive at Mystic. We will reply to your order (to your e-mail) within 24H.
We will send you a e-mail with all the information of how and where to pay for the products (bank account numbers etc.) and how you will receive the order.

SHIPPING
Orders can be shipped by using one of these 3 possibility's:
1) DPD Classic (2-3 days to Finland)
2) Estonian Post International Postal Parcels (3-7 days to Finland)
3) Estonian Post Maxi-letter (registered mail) (3-7 days to Finland)

1) DPD Classic (2-3 days to Finland)
Mystic recommendation: we recommend to use this shipping method, it is the fastest and most reliable. For example it is 4.5 EUR cheaper to ship a complete bike (around 15kg with packaging) with DPD to Finland then it is with Estonian Post International Postal Parcels and you get the bikes within 1-3 days and it is delivered to your door.
DPD Classic notes:
* faster shipping.

* courier will call and confirm the time you want to get the package.

2) Estonian Post International Postal Parcels (3-7 days to Finland)
Mystic recommendation: if you are not in a hurry with the package and you want to pay minimum as possible for shipping if the package is up to 8kg. If it is 9kg and over that then it is cheaper to ship with DPD and with DPD you get the package within 1-3 days and it is delivered to your door.
Estonian Post International Postal Parcels notes:
* slower shipping
* online package tracking on Fin Post site. Tracking system start`s working when the package has arrived in Finland, when they link the package to the tracking system, this will take few days after leaving Estonia! (tracking link)
* package will arrive in the nearest post office to you and you have to pick it up yourself.

3) Estonian Post Maxi-letter (registered mail) (3-7 days to Finland)
Mystic recommendation: if you are not in a hurry with the package and it's reasonable to ship really light packages with this method, max 1000g.
Estonian Post Maxi-letter notes:
* maximum weight 1 kg
* maximum dimensions: Length, width, height totaling 90cm
* online package tracking on Fin Post site. Tracking system start`s working when the package has arrived in Finland, when they link the package to the tracking system, this will take few days after leaving Estonia! (tracking link)
* delivered to addressees at their residence or location against their signature.
* one delivery attempt will be made. If the mail cannot be delivered, notification of the arrival of the mail will be left in the addressee’s mailbox, based on which the mail will be issued to the addressee at the post office.

Extra notes:
* Problems may come up when replying to your e-mail if you have written a wrong e-mail address or your e-mail is not working (or is full).
* The exact price of shipping will be calculated when you have made the order. Then we will e-mail you back all the shipping and payment details!
* Photos of products are just for an illustration.
* Calculation of prices is made in Estonian kroons.
* Customer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. You will be refunded (except shipping) or replaced with a similar products (your decision). The returned goods most not be used and must be in the original package. Later pretensions then 14 days will not be satisfied. Return postage and shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
* Seller (Mystic Mailorder) has the right to adjust retail prices if needed without any prior notification.
* When your payment threw bank transfer has reached our account (depending on bank but usually it takes 1-4 days) then we will send the goods out to your address, if we haven`t had another mutual agreement, stating, that the goods shall be delivered before the transfer has reached our account.
